Our company is an import company specialized for condiments of Japan,

We are bringing finest and most exclusive products, directly imported from locals and communities for food industry professionals.

Focusing on products that Japanese people consume daily, be a part of their lives since long ago, perhaps even the Japanese young generation don’t know some of them because they are fading away and due to the modernizing food culture of Japan.

Our value is understanding the fundamentals of Japanese food culture, history and the local producers' creations and wishes(hope), as well as protecting the healthy and delicate food culture, passing on the unique food custom to outside of Japan and sharing with the outside world.

We are utilizing traditional recipes and creative modern techniques, to introduce the best way of using our products. Our chef team is able to give some tips on creating recipes for your new dishes and introducing how you can harmonize the Japanese flavor with global cuisines in your venues. 

Our goal is helping local businesses in Japan and Australia, delivering a deep connection of Japanese culture, people and community, then creating a bond between Japan and Australia through food.
